um, so i’m making chicken roulade wrapped in bacon with red pepper marinara sauce over fettuccine this weekend. with a salad. and red wine.

such a step-up (skill wise. taste wise is debatable) from shin ramyun with egg and kimchi.

here’s to not burning down the kitchen/house/neighborhood and not giving everyone salmonella.
